How to order
To order please send us an email or Instagram direct message
Shipping
• Free worldwide shipping through Sri Lankan Post ( 15-45 days )
• Express (3-10 days) worldwide shipping available. ( available only for orders over $30 ) ( Express shipping fee – $5 )
• Your order will be processed after we receive proof of payment, after which we will dispatch your order within 2 business days.
• Currently, purchases can be made via bank transfer only (payment gateway coming soon).
• The bank account details you will need to do a bank transfer will be sent to you via email
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.
• All items are items are shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) – therefore, please note that any customs, duties and taxes that maybe incurred in the customer’s destination country falls upon the customer and will not be our liability.

All NINA items are handcrafted thoughtfully, and go through a total of 2 rounds of quality control. If for some reason you believe your item is faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
